If by any chance your expectations were not met by any service, please let us know. As we pride in our work we would love to have the opportunity to complete your vision. We will honor the complimentary service within two (2) week of the original service date. Our salon is a competition-free environment so you decide whether you want to be serviced by the original stylist or by another team member of your choice or our recommendation. All of our team members work with the highest intentions and use advanced products and techniques to achieve your desired look.
All appointments for salon are guaranteed when confirmed 48 hours ahead. Please try to book your appointments at least 1 week ahead and specify the service/services you would like to have and with whom. You can also book your appointment online.
As a courtesy, we will confirm your service appointments two business days prior to your appointment date. However, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
Please arrives 15 minutes prior to your appointment and check-in at the reception area so to accommodate some chit chatting, changing and updating your information and of course to ensure that you receive your full service.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. All appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment due to a busy life style. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
– “NO SHOWS” will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our service providers schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Salon Nirvana 954 policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future guests. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria.
Should you be running late, we will hold your appointment for 15 minutes provided we hear from you. If you fail to call or arrive excessively late, as a courtesy to our other guests, we may require your appointment to be rescheduled.
Method of Payment
For your convenience, we proudly accept American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard and Cash. No personal checks accepted and we do not give cash back on credit card sales. Gratuity/Tips is customary for good service and always left to the discretion of our guests.
Gratuities are welcomed on credit cards and debit.
We ask that you consider others, staff and guests; please have all cell phones turned to vibrating/silent mode.
This is a terrific way to surprise or introduce a friend or a loved one to our salon. We offer great custom designed packages and A la Carte services. If you need someone to help you, just speak with our guest services.
Health Issues & Allergens
Please inform us of any concerns, special needs, sensitivities or allergies you may have, when booking your appointment and /or during a consultation so that we can better accommodate you. We offer fabulous alternatives for our pregnant ladies so please advise us accordingly as you schedule your appointment.
If you have a special event and would like to book multi services for friends and family, please speak with our guest service to maximize your best options.
Any service adjustment at no charge must be done within 48-hours of initial service.
